We create unforgettable experiences for corporate events, music festivals, weddings, and more. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth. This role requires a proven track record in sales and account management, and a strategic thinker with a passion for live entertainment. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and results-oriented. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the live entertainment, corporate events, and private event sectors.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation,  closing deals, and billing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and technical, to ensure successful show delivery.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.

  • Represent Airloom Drone Shows at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the live entertainment, events, or sponsorship. 

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google suite.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

  • Based in Virginia /Maryland ;  preference for Central Virginia 

Benefits:

  • Total annual compensation estimate after commission: $70,000 - $120,000 in the first 12 months

  • Base salary $30,000 - $40,000 with high uncapped commission.

  • Flexible working environment, including remote work.

  • 4% match on IRA contributions. 

  • Minimum 4 weeks vacation
