Rain, high winds (>26mph), and extreme low temperatures (< 0°f) may lead to the rescheduling or postponement of the event.

  • To ensure the safety of our operations, we employ highly skilled and certified drone pilots who are well-versed in navigating complex aerial performances. Our team conducts thorough assessments of weather and site conditions prior to each show, adapting strategies as needed to maintain safety. We establish secure perimeters around the performance area, accessible only to our trained professionals, to prevent unauthorized entry. Furthermore, we rigorously adhere to FAA and other applicable regulatory guidelines, ensuring that every aspect of our shows meets the highest standards of safety and compliance.

  • The maximum altitude is subject to local regulations, but our shows typically operate at heights that ensure the drones are clearly visible to the audience while maintaining safety. Generally we are restricted to 400 feet, though there are waivers we can apply for to allow us to fly higher (These waivers take at least 90 days to process).
